Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid plans (currently Starter, Plus, and Scale) are billed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record for the purchase. The Operator of the Service is Zhan Nikoghosyan, Individual Entrepreneur (IE). Registered address: 5th Avenue 20/1, Geghanist, Republic of Armenia. IE / TIN (ՀՎՀՀ): 57526213.

You can cancel at any time. Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable.

Cancel from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal using the link on your billing page in the Service, or email us at support@loomagrante.com. You do not need to give a reason.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then your account reverts to the free tier. There is no separate cancellation fee.

Except where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to a refund or withdrawal (for example, statutory cooling-off or distance-selling rights that may apply in your jurisdiction), fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable. That includes partial periods, unused features, and early cancellation.

We may, at our sole discretion, approve a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis (for example a demonstrable billing error or service outage). Requesting a refund does not guarantee it will be granted.

To request a review, contact support@loomagrante.com with your account email and invoice/receipt details from Lemon Squeezy.

Paid plans renew automatically monthly, in advance in EUR until cancelled, starting from your first successful payment (or the end of any free trial shown at checkout).

Payment processing, invoices/receipts, and applicable sales tax or VAT on the subscription fee are handled by Lemon Squeezy (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com). Checkout and payment processing are also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s own terms and privacy policy.
